Eagle Band is heading to STATE!!

Since we have several members who are in the Holliday Eagle Marching Band, I just wanted to take this opporunity to congratulate our members on advancing to the State Marching Contest in San Antonio on November 2nd. We wish you the best of Luck in your competition... bring home the hardware!!!

2009 Fall Trash Pick Up...

We just got through with our Fall Trash Pick up for a community service, we had 7 kids and 4 adults join us for this on a beautiful fall afternoon. Thanks so much to all those who came and helped us!!

ANNOUNCEMENT:TRASH PICKUP!!!!

We are going to be doing our Trash Pick up on Sunday, October 2, 2009 at 2pm... our part of the Adopt a Highway, is at the corner of Hwy 368 and FM 1954, we will meet at that point and work our way two miles East. We need as many folks to show up for this so it won't take us long to do this. In the event it is raining, we will have reschedule for a later date.

Livestock Validation Dates
In order to show in the County Stock Show or any major stock show, you must validate your animal. Please put these dates on your calendar. Bring your animal to the show barn at the date/time below and $5 for county validation or $9 if you plan to show at a major show.

Sheep, Goats & Heifers — October 24, 2009 from 8-noon.
Dairy cattle — November 7, 2009
Swine — November 23, 2009 from 6-9 p.m.
Rabbits — First part of December, TBA
